We do various things to improve our health: diet, exercise, vitamins, sleep… But what are you doing to improve your spiritual health?
The top two things that most help my spiritual health are communication with God (prayer and Scripture) and time with other Christians.
As we begin our discussion of women’s spiritual health, please share the top two things that strengthen your spiritual health.
Transformation through prayer with others

In every relationship, we have the opportunity to be transformed—for better or worse. Obviously, our relationship with God transforms us, but the relationships we have with our sisters in Christ also transform us. And the best combination of these transformations? Prayer: communication with God in fellowship with others.
