Iron Rose Sister Ministries’ (IRSM) Core Vision Statement is to equip, encourage, and empower women to connect to God and one another more deeply in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and bilingual contexts.
Considering IRSM’s vision of equipping women to foster deep, encouraging, and empowering relationships with the Lord and our sisters in Christ, it is essential that we have women equipped as leaders and speakers to carry this out amongst women. These representatives are called IRSM Ambassadors.
Purpose
The IRSM Ambassadors Program allows us to build an international network that provides the full extent of our resources to the largest population possible.
Definition
An IRSM Ambassador is a woman, active in her local church of Christ, that serves as a representative of Iron Rose Sister Ministries to aid in the mission of equipping women to connect to God and one another more deeply by speaking, encouraging, facilitating, and representing us at IRSM-affiliated events.
Biblical Principles of IRSM Ambassadors
- Ambassadors of Christ sharing a ministry of reconciliation with God (2Co 5:20)
- Equipping women to equip other women who equip others (2Ti 2:2)
- Serving as representatives in honor and glory of Christ (2Co 8:23)
- Strengthening one-another relationships amongst women (Pr 27:17; Ro 12:10-21)
Confirmed Ambassadors
In alignment with their individual talents, IRSM experience, training, and passions, Ambassadors may be equipped to serve in the following areas:
- Encouraging and informing others at an IRSM Booth/Table
- Speaking on behalf of IRSM at an event (in person or virtually)
- Teaching and/or facilitating a group on behalf of IRSM
- Managing local inventory of our books
