Vision
Iron Rose Sister Ministries is a registered 501(c)3 public charity that serves under a Board of Directors.
The following documents provide a thorough description of how we fulfill our vision of equipping women to connect to God and each other more deeply in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and bilingual contexts across the Americas.
Our Mission
To equip, encourage, and empower women to connect to God and one another more deeply in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and bilingual contexts
- To provide Women's Ministry resources and equip Women's Ministry leaders
- To facilitate Christian sister relationships that will be like iron sharpening iron, encouraging and inspiring each other to be as beautiful as a rose in spite of a few thorns
- To conduct seminars, ladies’ days, women’s retreats, etc. across the Americas, teaching to teach to teach, empowering, and inspiring women on their journey as Iron Rose Sisters
- To provide women’s Bible studies simple enough for anyone to lead and deep enough for everyone to grow
- To create a network of Christian women and women’s ministries across the Americas

2026 Goals
- Equip and encourage women to “Bear Fruit” (Jn 15) in 2026
- Ambassadors Program
- Create and launch Ambassadors Program (2Ti 2:2) through materials and a reproducible Equipping Workshop: future speakers, small group and women’s ministry leaders
- Conduct English Ambassadors Equipping Workshop (Feb 2026)
- Conduct a survey trip to Panamá for the Spanish Ambassadors Equipping Workshop (2027) and equip local women while in the country
- Identify Spanish Ambassadors to invite to Spanish Ambassadors Equipping Workshop in 2027
- Develop IRSM Apprenticeship Program

- Involve greater number of Brazilian volunteers
- Identify and equip Brazilian Ambassadors
- Facilitate two Portuguese virtual IRSM book Bible studies to model small groups
- Speaking & Travel
- Conduct at least four (4) IRSM-hosted virtual events and provide teaching for others-hosted virtual events
- Conduct the following in-person events:
- 7 U.S. domestic events
- 3-4 Brazil domestic events
- 5 international trips (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Panamá)
- 5-6 U.S. domestic, booth-only events
- Make return visits to international locations (Ac 15:36)
- Hold at least 3 bilingual events each year
- Involve at least 10 non-staff Booth or Speaker Ambassadors in IRSM events
1-2 Year Goals (2026-2027)
- Conduct Spanish Equipping Workshop (2027)
- Conduct “How to” virtual workshops for Brazilian women’s ministries (2027)
- Train and equip two new Apprentice Speaker Ambassadors to become Active Speaker Ambassadors in English and Spanish and one in Portuguese
- Train and equip at least one bilingual Apprentice Speaker Ambassador to become Active Speaker Ambassador
- Publish Portuguese Curriculum web page
- Conduct Portuguese “How to” virtual events to equip women’s ministry leaders
- Partner with Latin American schools of preaching/teaching to equip the women and wives with our biblical resources as they go into various mission points
- Publish The Grace to Pace in all three languages simultaneously
5-Year Goals (2030)
- Conduct Portuguese Equipping Workshop (2028)
- Train and equip 1-2 additional bilingual Speaker Ambassadors
- Start research for Portuguese translation of One Single Reason (Uma Só Razão)
- Publish English Curriculum web page
- Further develop formalized curriculum for women’s ministries
- 15th-year tour – Birthday Tour (2028)
10-Year Goals (2035)
- Conduct regional IRSM Equipping Workshops (hosted by local congregations vs. IRSM-hosted)
- Equip six new speakers in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Translate and publish all existing Bible study books into Portuguese
- Add more international locations to 3-visit rotation
Logo Development
The elements of the Common Threads have always been present, and the subtle form of a cross has also highlighted our focus on Christ. Founder, Michelle J. Goff, and Libby Isenhower collaborated on the initial logo design (below).
When the ministry moved its home office to Searcy, Arkansas, from Denver, Colorado, new volunteers encouraged an upgrade to our outdated font. For the following 8+ years, we utilized that logo.
With the added emphasis in our Portuguese-language resources, we needed to include our Brazilian branch in our primary logo.
When you “dig deeper” into some of our older documents and resources, you may find outdated versions of our logo. Thanks for your graciousness as we have prioritized adding new resources over updating old logos everywhere.
