I actually eat the exact same thing for breakfast every morning: strawberries, 2 eggs, and a muffin, with orange juice, rice milk and a hot tea. It gets my digestive system going in the mornings, addresses blood sugar issues, and helps get my brain in gear for the day. If I don’t eat breakfast, by midmorning, I’m shaky, nauseous, and irritable.
