To provide Women’s Ministry resources in English and Spanish

  • To facilitate Christian sister relationships that will be like iron sharpening iron, encouraging and inspiring each other to be as beautiful as a rose in spite of a few thorns
  • To develop, write and publish women’s Bible studies simple enough for anyone to lead and deep enough for everyone to grow
  • To create a network of Christian women and women’s ministries across the Americas
  • To conduct seminars, ladies’ days, women’s retreats, etc. across the Americas, teaching, empowering and inspiring women on their journey as Iron Rose Sisters

– Faithfulness – to God above all else.  First and foremost:

Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you as well. - Matthew 6:33

A – Authenticity – We’re not hypocrites, just human.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. - 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

C – Community – We were not created to have an isolated relationship with God. He has designed the church as a body with many parts (I Corinthians 12). The magnitude of “one another” passages in the New Testament affirms this design. As women, we have unique relational needs at various stages in life – whether we are going through a time in which we need, like Moses, our arms raised in support by others (Exodus 17:12) or are able to rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn (Romans 12:15). The Iron Rose Sister Ministries studies are designed to be shared in community.

E – Encouragement through Prayer and Accountability – “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17  God has not left us alone in this journey.

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. - James 5:16

It is our prayer that every woman that joins in this mission participate as an Iron Rose Sister with other women, partnering in prayer and loving accountability.

T – Testimony – We all have a “God story.” By recognizing His living and active hand in our lives, we are blessed to share that message of hope with others (John 4:39-42).  Thankfully, that story is not over!  God continues to work in the transformation of lives and we long to hear your story.

S – Study

The Word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12

In order to fully realize the blessing, benefit and design of the Iron Rose Sister vision, we must go to the Creator.  Through a greater knowledge of the Word, we can blossom as roses and remove a few thorns – discerning the leading of the Spirit, recognizing the voice of the Father and following the example of the Son.  This is more effectively accomplished in community (small group Bible studies), but not to the exclusion of time alone with God (personal Bible study).
