If you don’t see me at the table, I am most likely nearby talking with someone and enjoying the fellowship of networking that happens at these events.
For me, the greatest blessing of the Pepperdine Bible Lectures is to gather with brothers and sisters that I have known for years or just met—all working together in the kingdom.
We are encouraged to know that we are not alone in the battle.
We are encouraged to learn from others who share similar experiences.
We are encouraged by worshipping together and hearing the Word taught.
We are encouraged to share in the fellowship with other Christians.
All of these things are the blessings we find in the church—not just at a lectureship, when we gather with other brothers and sisters in our local congregation.
