Lyndsay is a Texas native who most recently spent seven years living and working in Brazil before repatriating to Asheville, North Carolina, in August 2024. She holds an undergraduate degree in Spanish from Texas A&M University, a master’s in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.

She began her professional journey leading international ministries at the A&M Church of Christ, where she worked on both local and global outreach initiatives. Later, in southern Brazil, she played a key role in the development and implementation of a unique reinsertion program aimed at helping men in addiction recovery reintegrate into society—a ministry that remains close to her heart.
Outside of her professional life, Lyndsay enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and camping, and exploring new cultures through travel.
