Advisory Board Member, Elder
Julio was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and has always enjoyed travel. He graduated in Venezuela with a Civil Engineering degree and later with an MBA from the University of Houston.
Julio works for Houston-based American Alloy Steel, where he serves as Vice President and General Manager for the company’s Latin American Sales Division. Julio was blessed to meet and marry his wife, Cynthia, in 1989, and they presently have 5 children, three of their own, Julio David, Luis Vicente and Amanda Victoria,
plus Sarah and Jason, married to Julio David and Amanda, respectively, and no grandchildren yet.
Julio was honored to serve as a Deacon for Missions and Evangelism for 13 years since 1998, before being installed as an Elder in 2011.
Julio enjoys serving in the areas of both local-and foreign-country-based evangelism and congregational support, teaching the Bible to Christians, various forms of personal counseling and shepherding, and preaching and teaching at home and in Mexico, Central and South America. He is thankful for the opportunity and blessing of being a part of the wonderful Iron Rose Sister Ministries.
